Important Notice
Outbox House does not accept refunds or exchanges on any purchases.
All sales are final.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
- Payment is processed at the time of placing your pre-order.
- Pre-order items will be shipped once they are back in stock. Estimated restock dates, if provided, are approximate and subject to change.
- Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Pre-order items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Non-Refundable Situations
- If you wish to refund or exchange your purchase because you no longer want or need it, we will not be able to offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- If you received your order in the mail and fail to pay duties and taxes on it and the courier company returns it to us, you are not eligible for any refunds or credits.
- If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout and did not notify us directly, we are not responsible for shipping to the incorrect address and will not compensate you for the value of the product or shipping fees.
